The Spring Content Council

The Spring Content Council is tasked with creating content that is not only factual and correct, but also entertaining and impactful. The council is made up of the people who believe in Spring’s mission to help people thrive and belong at home and at work.

What Does it Mean When Posts are Validated

  • Any post that makes claims to impact our user’s lives is carefully checked by a Spring expert with knowledge on the topic.

  • A council member is responsible for fact-checking and attributing sources, and running a deep check to ensure the content is unique.

  • The Content Council is also responsible to ensure that the imagery meets Spring standards and that the images have either been uniquely created by Spring or that copyright is attributed to the right artists/creator.

  • We are firm believers in honoring original artists and take a stand for original work and against plagiarism in any form.

Areas of Expertise

While we rapidly expand our content universe, we maintain strict focus on the areas where we have deep knowledge and expertise. The areas where we create content today includes:

  • Coaching and Leadership

  • Corporate Culture

  • Entrepreneurship,

  • Relationship: Parenting, Family,

  • Technology: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science

  • Art, Creativity, Design, and Photography

Spring Guideline on Artificial Intelligence

While AI provides an amazing opportunity to create in a multitude of ways, we are steadfast in our belief that a human trumps technology any day.

  1. Human creativity first — Spring values the skills of illustrators, photographers, and writers more than anything else.

  2. AI, like Adobe Photoshop, spellcheck, the internet, is a tool which we can use in many ways — so when we use AI we do it in a way that enhances the creator’s own work.

  3. We respect the original works of artists and hire photographers, illustrators, writers to create original works and thus we don’t use tools that blatantly disregard the original rights of creators.

  4. We keep a high standard of ethics and raise the bar on AI use in our industry by continuously evaluating our stance based on moral and ethical standards.
